PAYMENT
We accept PayPal payments. Please note that you can use your credit cards to pay through PayPal without having a Paypal account (no login necessity). See details here.
We will only ship to the address on the invoice, no exceptions. Please make sure the address on the invoice is correct, including a legal name. Unregistered business names will NOT be accepted.
Sales price and shipping cost do NOT include taxes.
 
SHIPPING
All products are made to order. Please allow 10-15 business days to produce before shipping.

All products will be shipped from China. We use SF EXPRESS | 顺丰国际快递, an established Chinese logistics carrier to ship all over the world. It takes 5-8 business days to most countries in North America and Europe. We will provide a tracking number after the order is shipped.

There is also an option of expedited shipping by DHL for an extra cost. It takes 3-5 business days to ship worldwide. Please contact us for details.

You are responsible for shipping cost and any Duty, VAT or additional taxes that may be charged at customs.

 

RETURN / EXCHANGE

We accept return and exchange. Contact us within (5) calendar days of delivery, and ship it back to us within (25) days of delivery. Please make sure the product is packed well. Once we receive the item, we will issue a refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and any associated tax/service fee.

Personalized order can not be refunded nor returned. They are final sales.
