We accept PayPal payments. Please note that you can use your credit cards to pay through PayPal without having a Paypal account (no login necessity). See details here.
Orders ship within 3-5 business days unless otherwise noted in the product description. Some of our products are made to order, which may take up to 15 business days to produce before shipping. Please contact customer service with any inquiries in regards to lead time. 
We only ship to the address on the invoice. Please make sure the address on the invoice is correct, including a legal name. Unregistered business names will NOT be accepted.
All products will be shipped from China. We use SF EXPRESS | 顺丰国际快递, an established Chinese logistics carrier to ship all over the world. It takes 5-10 business days to most countries in North America and Europe. We will provide a tracking number after the order is shipped.
There is also an option of expedited shipping by DHL for an extra cost. It takes 3-5 business days to ship worldwide. Please leave a message or contact us at for details.
You are responsible for shipping cost and taxes. Custom duties and fees may apply for international shipping.
We accept return and exchange. Contact us within (5) calendar days of delivery, and ship it back to us within (30) days of delivery. Please note that all sales are final when a custom monogram is applied. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same (resellable) condition that you received it. Please remember to retain the packaging until you’re sure you’d like to keep the item. Email us at describing your issue in detail and identifying it as either a return or a defect. We will determine if you are eligible for a return or replacement. 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, we’ll refund the purchase price, less the cost of return shipping (for example, any associated tax/service fee). Then a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 business days. 


If you haven’t received a refund 7 business days from the date we contacted you, please contact us.
