CAN YOU DO CUSTOM ORDERS?
We can do customized designs and finishes with order values greater than $2,000. Our typical lead time is 2 to 3 months, depending on the complexity of the order.
WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?
The most common materials we use are full-grain vegetable tanned leather and high density water-resistant canvas. At the same time, we are actively testing out unique materials, such as washable kraft paper and wool.
Our bags are produced in Guangzhou, China.
HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY LEATHER PRODUCT?
Leather product is easy to maintain, though there are some quirks when working with natural materials. Read more in our Leather Care Guide.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
When in stock, our products usually ship in 2-3 business days from our China fulfillment center. Once out, it takes about 5-10 business days to most countries in North America and Europe.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
